RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Start a Return
T-Bone BMX wants to make sure you are psyched with your purchase! If for any reason, you are not satisfied, please return items in their original packaging in NEW, UNUSED, and UNINSTALLED condition within 60 days of the receipt of your purchase for a complete refund. For returns between 60-90 days, a store credit will be applied. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Our store policy does not allow returns for DVDs, closeout/clearance items, spokes, complete bikes, custom wheelsets, custom bikes, or special orders. Receipt for purchase will be required for all returns and exchanges. Shipping for all returns is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to. T-Bone BMX retains the right to grant full or partial refunds at its discretion. If you received free shipping, you will receive a refund less the cost of originally shipping the product to you.
All returned items will be simply refunded either to your original method of payment or to an online-store credit depending on the time frame of your return, allowing you to shop through our website for a replacement at your convenience; this will ensure that the replacement items are in stock when you select them. If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please send your order back in its original packaging in NEW, UNUSED, and UNINSTALLED condition within 90 days of receipt of your purchase – and don’t hesitate to simply purchase the replacement items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to.
If you received an order that was damaged during shipping, please contact us at 727-545-1580. We will also need you to email us photos showing the following:
- The package as it has arrived to you.
- Entire Order Contents.
- Close-up shots showing the damaged parts/product. If the damage has occurred to a frame or complete bicycle, we will also need a photo of the serial number.
Please DO NOT destroy the packaging as our shipping providers will require inspection.
T-Bone BMX works hard to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition. If an error was made in the fulfillment process, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product so that we can make the necessary corrections. Shipping of replacement items and return shipping will be handled by T-Bone BMX. We will not reimburse shipping fees paid by the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your return and credited in the original payment form, less the cost of shipping. Due to circumstances beyond our control, once processed, refunds can take up to 72 business hours to be visible in the customer’s account.
Warranty replacements are the responsibility of the manufacturer. T-Bone BMX cannot approve a warranty directly. Our job is to contact the manufacturer on your behalf with the information you provide and to help get a claim processed as quickly as possible. Warranty policies vary by manufacturer and only cover defects. They do not include normal wear and tear, crash damage, or improper care.
If there is a true manufacturer’s defect, please refer to our Contact us page and we will start the warranty process for you. Please make sure to include your full name, best contact number, order number, photos of the defective product, and description of the defect (if not clearly visible).
